BMW 5 Series Service Intervals 

10,000 Miles

The BMW 5 Series has a sensor-driven maintenance plan that revolves around a Condition Based Service (CBS) system. Because of this, the system will cycle every 10,000 miles. This is when you can expect to bring your vehicle in for a tire rotation and oil change. 

Keep in mind that how often you drive and how you drive in Portland and Tigard could affect what services are necessary at this visit. It is possible that the system will detect the need for other standard services. The CBS system will alert you to what your vehicle requires.

30,000 Miles

At the 30,000-mile mark, it is time to replace the brake fluid. It may also be time to replace the fuel filter. This task is typically needed between 20,000 to 40,000 miles.

We will also perform these services: 

• Oil change
• Fluid level check
• Tire rotation

60,000 Miles

When you hit 60,000 miles on the odometer, bring your 5 Series in to have its engine air filter and spark plugs replaced. We will also perform the tasks listed above at this visit.
